Pure Offices are delighted to announce that they will open their nineteenth Business Centre in the UK and their third in Leeds.
The building is due to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment which will provide over 80 offices ranging in size from 1 person through to 15 plus when complete.
The centre is located on Junction 27 of the M62 and once open Pure Offices, Turnberry Park, will benefit from excellent road links and a location just four miles south west of Leeds City Centre.

We are delighted to be opening our 19th centre in Leeds and adding to the two other centres we currently own in the city. The new centre allows us to provide wide coverage throughout Leeds with Pure Thorpe Park in the north east, Pure Broadgate in the City Centre and now Pure Turnberry Park in the south west. Both existing centres are continually at high occupancy and we hope the new centre will provide expansion space for current customers looking for additional offices and also new customers who want to be to the south of the city.
The centre is due to open early 2018 but will be taking reservations moving forwards and plan to open our show suite by the end of the year.
