Whilst we are about to bid a sad farewell to two of Leamington’s long standing clients, who will soon be moving out of the Centre to pastures new, it is always lovely to celebrate their successes.
Wealth Wizards have acquired their own property which reflects the growth they have enjoyed over the last four years and TAG Europe are moving closer to Birmingham so they can be nearer to their main client, Jaguar Landrover.
Happily we have already re-let several offices to Epsilon and they are moving into all three offices currently occupied by TAG.
There has also been considerable interest in the offices occupied by Wealth Wizards, so we expect to return to 100 % occupancy very soon.
