Leamington and County Golf club hosted the 2nd Midlands Open. Once again the weather was perfect and the players defiantly needed Kate and Gill on the drinks buggy!!
This year three teams participated from Leamington, Oldbury and Warwick.
The format was the same as last year, stableford which means each player scores points dependent upon his handicap.
Oldbury were the worthy winners, Leamington second and Warwick third.
Prizes included the team prize, longest drive and nearest the pin so most players went home with at least some balls to lose at the next competition!!
Most importantly, everybody enjoyed the afternoon, weather perfect, course fantastic and company great!
The Leamington team was made up of Roger from Pure, Brian Hurst from Disability Living, Steve Dorgan from S & D Windows and Tom Williams from TAG Europe.
